Solution
Provision of free accredited automotive skills training in underbody suspension components, tyre fitting, wheel balancing and other entry level skills. The bespoke pre-employment program also supports jobseekers to find employment in the automotive industry upon completion.
Outcome
2 Pre-employment automotive skills training courses were delivered to 21 jobseekers. 95% completed the course with 50% going on to employment and/or further training.
