Expansion of financial counselling services in the Hinkler region to increase capacity to assist financially vulnerable community members. Financial counselling services are aimed at supporting clients to navigate financial crises and build financial wellbeing, financial capability and resilience.
Outcome
884 financial counselling sessions delivered in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg to 159 vulnerable community members. 96% of clients achieved financial goals related to participation, independence and wellbeing. 70% achieved improved life circumstances. 74% achieved improved job readiness outcomes.
