Local Learning Network is aimed at addressing mental health and social disconnection in the community through the delivery of volunteer led, low pressure activities in a safe environment.
How This Project Works
Our LLN projects are all about bringing people together through shared learning, connection, and personal growth. Delivered through inclusive workshops and courses, these projects offer individuals and groups the chance to engage in meaningful social interaction, explore shared interests, learn new skills—and most importantly—enjoy themselves in a safe, welcoming space.
Summary
The Local Learning Network provides workshops and courses to individuals and community groups members to engage in social interaction, learn new skills, share interests and have fun whilst meeting new people. This program aims to address mental health and social disconnection in the community through the delivery of volunteer-led low pressure activities within a safe environment.
