The Community Pitch Night addresses the lack of innovarion pathways for community members who have creative ideas that could benefit the community socially but have no way to get their ideas started to fund them.

The Pitch Night is a “Shark-Tank-inspired-like” event to proide a space for community members to pitch innovative social ideas and gain support from local services and businesses to implement them.

Community Pitch Night fosters innovation and encourages grassroots ideas that address the real issues in our community. The sharing of ideas across local communities empowers community members to create new networks, expand current networks and share resources.

The Pitch Night aims to; create a platform for social innovation, increase community cohesion, address community needs across local social plan themes including Natural Environment (Liveability), Diverse Communities, Community Health, Ageing Community, Families & Children, Youth, Cost of Living & Affordable Living
